Never, never, never get rid of a "very comfy saddle'.
Keep it in a box for N+1.
In fact, comfort outweighs aesthetics 'hands down'.....
Permalink Reply by Jon Ingram on January 24, 2012 at 22:27 I'll have it, Andy, if it's still for sale.
If I wasn't so tired I bet I'd be able to work out how to send you a PM.
I'm only t'other side of Kings Heath so not far from you, I expect.
You see Andy, someone is already taking advantage of your foolishness.

If you're thinking better of it, Andy, I'll let you off! ;0)

My appologies if I made you sound bad.
When a cyclist finds a 'very comfy saddle', it should be cherished.
Andy might be making a big mistake. The new saddle might be torture.
Bike saddles. Selling a painfull example, "buyer beware". Selling a known comfy example, "seller beware".
Permalink Reply by Jon Ingram on January 25, 2012 at 19:13 No, you're cool, James. I certainly regret selling a Brookes MTB saddle I had for many years. I'd bought a recumbent and didn't think I was ever coming back to uprights!
Ha ha thanks for the concern James, hopefully it won't be a mistake, the new saddle is a Brooks so hoping all the good things I've heard are true. Otherwise I'll have a sore bum and a much lighter wallet!

no problem, hope they like each other and have lots of happy times together!
