"Absolutely. I've no idea why I typed 43 as my geartable says 47. (43 would be with a 20t sprocket however).

"I think SA gear cables are identical to conventional ones, the nipple might possibly be a bit thinner though. You could try a conventional cable if you haven't got an SA one at hand.
