"Thanks very much everybody. I went across the Uni campus, up into the QE today. I think Vincent Drive was closed, but will look out for that in future. Was much better. I like the sound of the canals though too..."

"You don't say which part of Kings Heath you start from but you could head down Holders Lane through Cannon Hill park and over bridge into Second Avenue in Selly Park.
Left onto Pershore Road, first right into Selly Wick Road.

"I'm a fan of the canals. Depending on where you are in Kings Heath you could take the canal to just beyond Lifford Lane, and then the canal up to Selly Oak (The Dingle). From there you need to get across to Harborne Lane…"
