Incident / RTA this morning Billesley

I stopped at c7.20am to assist a cyclist this morning who was lying in the road injured. I think/hope he was ok, I was second or third on seen and a nice lady had given appropriate first aid so he was not moved and still had his legs around bike for 15-25mins until ambulance arrived. He was in some pain (in neck/upper body area) but was conscious so Im hopeful it was just soft tissue injury nothing major but hard to know.
