Would anybody be able to suggest some cycling friendly pubs in the Birmingham area?

There are loads of bike stands outside the Bournbrook/OVT on Bristol Road. I don't know if it means anything, I haven't been in there since the 1980's.

Define "Cycle Friendly"
Do you mean pubs with secure parking, sheffield stands etc, or do you mean pubs that are fine with groups of people sitting around in lycra? Or pubs where you are more likely to find other cyclists?

Having secure parking and cycling added value is important but most important, pubs that welcome cyclists and are happy to have them meet in the pub.

Louise if you are on facebook or twitter, CycleBirmingham do rides which finish at different pubs every Wednesday evening (Weather permitting) https://www.facebook.com/groups/cyclebirmingham/ or twitter: https://twitter.com/cyclebirmingham, they also do a monthly Sunday ride. Examples on a Wednesday are the Coach & Horses in Weatheroak, The Prince of Wales in Moseley and the Black Eagle in Hockley, but there are many more.
